Nothing
The room was dirty-a used bar of soap in shower-wad of hair in drain. Sink dripped all night. Garbage in can from previous customer. Garbage stacked in hallway. Heavy cigarette smell in hallways. Stairwells were filthy.

Quiet very private facility
Booked.net weekly rate was more expensive than the normal rate if I had called the hotel directly.

The bed was comfortable.
The staff was rude & snarky. We had bugs in our room. Woke up w ants crawling on me. The room was not as advertised & not cleaned as you would expect. The staff said they would get us a different room once they were cleaned. We went out for a few hours & returned at 3pm (check-in time). A different person was at the desk, so we explained the situation again. She gave us a new room #, but needed to make sure it was clean. We went to gather our stuff, an hour passed my sweetheart went to find out what the delay was & she told him they were completely booked & tried to hand him a can of bug spray!?!? He told he that was not acceptable! We went to making arrangements to stay somewhere else. When we checked out at 5:30, we were reimbursed for only 1 night (we had paid for 3 nights), the reason we were given for not being reimbursed for the 2nd night, was because we were "checking out late, at 5:30". Booked.net was as helpful as possible, but the hotel management & staff were horrible. They have no concept of what "customer service" means.

Nothing.
The place was extremly dirty, walls have not been painted in decades and the place was infested with ants. They advertise a kitchen with cooking equipment, but the kitchen was empty so we could not cook anything. They inform you when you get there that there is no housekeeping, and that you have to take your own garbage out to the street. This was the worse hotel I ever stayed at.

The bathroom was nice
Stained carpet & furniture, smelled like cigarettes & urine in the lobby, the photos online were misleading and the customer service was very poor.

Loved the kitchenette area. Nice lay out in the room. Has everything a person would need if they were staying a period of time. Had a recliner the room, better then having to sit on a hard chair or the bed.
Bed was hard. I have back problems and I was really hurting after trying to sleep in the bed. The toilet seat was loose so it moved around when you was trying to sit on it. Had to wait on desk clerk to come to desk cause she does the housekeeping too. Not real clean but nor dirty. Some hair on bathroom floor, a bit odd mildew around the tub.

That it had a bed because that is the only positive thing other than clean towels(I think/hope they were clean) and soaps were free and they had free wifi. That's the only good things..
They rented out the room I reserved and put me in a room listed under repair for maintenance. It had no tv when I got there, and there was drug packs with residue that showed recent use of the room for getting high. There was no tv, but a nice remote for the missing tv. Stains all over the toilet sides. And the general manager only said " was the bed made at least?" Instead of offering a discount or refund on top of the insult of not getting the room I reserved. It really was unsettling also when at 4 am my smoke detector went off randomly, which reminded me of things you see in horror movies or jail shows when people get woke up for midnight search which really upset and worried me. But I had already paid up front and the night lady was a little stern, not rude, but very firm when I jokingly suggested an additional discount for the poor quality and renting out my room I reserved as well as the lack of a thing etc.
